Shieldline
Blocked-call identification

Know who's behind “No Caller ID.”

Shieldline uses conditional call forwarding and a US toll-free line to reveal the true phone number delivered with eligible blocked or private calls. Decline the call, and Shieldline identifies it, records the event, and alerts you.

How it works

Enable forwarding

Shieldline gives you a carrier-specific code that configures conditional forwarding on your own mobile line.

Decline a blocked call

Your carrier forwards the declined call to Shieldline's toll-free number, where the calling number may still be delivered as ANI.

See the caller

Shieldline adds the call to your history and can send a push alert with the caller's identity.

Built for a clear record

Unmask blocked and private calls

Reveal ordinary phone lines that intentionally suppress caller ID when the carrier still delivers usable ANI.

Caller ID and carrier lookup

See available caller-name, carrier, and line-type details for identified numbers.

Voicemail transcripts

Listen to voicemail left through Shieldline and read an automated transcription when processing succeeds.

Evidence export

Share a plain-text report containing timestamps, caller identities, call outcomes, and selected transcripts.

Personal block list

Reject future forwarded calls from numbers you add to your Shieldline block list.

Important limitation. Shieldline cannot guarantee that every call can be identified. Some carriers and internet-based calling services strip or replace the signalling needed to reveal the originating number.
